What is Pink Ribbon Rehab?
Pink Ribbon Rehab is a highly personal and individualized, holistic rehab program for patients and survivors of breast cancer.
About The Pink Ribbon Rehab Program
Common side effects after breast cancer surgeries, treatments and reconstruction may include pain, decreased shoulder strength, loss of range of motion and lymphedema.
Exercise may be the last thing you feel like doing after breast cancer surgery. You're exhausted, your arm may be painful and swollen, and the adjuvant treatments can make you feel even worse. All you want to do is rest. In the past, that's exactly what doctors recommended. However, recent studies indicate a link between moderate physical exercise and improved quality of life for breast cancer survivors.
We are dedicated to promoting a healthy lifestyle and positive body image to all breast cancer survivors. Pink Ribbon Rehab will help stretch and strengthen the shoulder, chest, back and abdominal muscles, allowing women to regain full range of motion to those areas affected by breast cancer surgery. This program is suitable whether your surgery was recent or several years ago and accommodates all fitness levels.

Why Was Pink Ribbon Rehab Created?
After finding a breast lump, and having it removed, at age 16 it became my life's mission to serve, and educate, others in the health and wellness industry. During this time several friends and family members were diagnosed with breast cancer but were unable to find a rehab program. That began my quest. I initially certified as a Cancer Exercise Specialist and Pink Ribbon Program Specialist in 2007. I recertified in early 2020 to specialize specifically in breast cancer rehabilitation and the post-operative workout enhancing recovery.
Where Can I Access Sessions?
In today's COVID-19 climate all sessions are conducted via a Zoom meeting. This format allows a national/international outreach and therefore accessibility for ALL WOMEN RECOVERING FROM BREAST CANCER.
Pink Ribbon Rehab is dedicated to ongoing breast cancer research. 5% of every purchase will be donated to continue the fight against breast cancer for women around the world.
